Easy Bathrooms & Tiles

"I originally bought my new bathroom suite from the chester branch of easy bathrooms, I had cause to go into the Wrexham branch regarding a replacement shower head and received excellent service from each member of staff that dealt with my query, the replacement was sent to the wrong store so the the member of staff from the wrexhan branch on her day off fetched it for me. Excellent service and very pleasant people to deal with. Highly recommend."

"Excellent until things go wrong, which is how you find out how much a company truly cares about their customers. I am disabled and my installer carefully planned everything to minimise the disruption and time we would be without a shower. Easy Bathrooms provided a faulty shower tray that does not drain due to a manufacturing defect, and it will be a full week from the time they were notified of it until they provide a replacement - while also charging for the required new waste pieces. We were impressed as they helped us plan our new bathroom, unfortunately everything since has been a let down causing extreme physical difficulties in my life."

"We recently purchased tiles for a kitchen renovation, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The selection was fantastic — from modern matte finishes to glossy marble-look designs, there was something for every style. The staff were knowledgeable and helped us choose tiles that matched both our budget and design vision."

"Excellent service, we went into the wrexham branch, looking at a full suite. The service was outstanding, really helpful, friendly staff. Made the buying process easier for us. Even offered to do a 3d drawing for us, but we didn't need that as we had the layout we wanted already. Highly recommend."
