"I have problem with them from day one and no one collect my bin about 3 months and they keep saying they will sorting out for me but they are not and very rude customer service please avoid them"

"Avoid this company, they threaten people and take advantage of vulnerable by giving misleading information to people who don't understand what they offer. Extremely bad customer service. Unethical, giving false information, pushing to sigh contacts and then threaten to take legal action! I have recorded all conversations and going to Citizens Advise! Avoid!"

"This company is awful, if i could give 'zero' stars i would. They lock you into a contract and when ask them to send you a copy you get ignored. I ask to give notice and was told there was 36 months left on it. When bins are not emptied they take no responsibility. i now have two weeks worth of rubbish left on site. They will not give out names of managers and the customer service is shocking, I put in a formal complaint and that was ignored. Do not use this company they are in it for the money"

"This company is ridiculous, worse company ever i have work with. Stay away from this company unless you lots of money and time to waste. They are charging me for overload every month ( which they didn't mention from beginning) they are billing me each exactly same amount for overload waste. Which is not possible, because most of the time my waste bin is hardly full. When I mention that, there's no answer for that. They're treating us like an idiot. They're far from being a professional. There's no way you can discuss anything with them at all. They become an arrogant with split of sections. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH NATIONWIDE WASTE. work with proper and professional company."

"The worst company we have to deal with!!!! One big scam. Lies and maneuvering towards the client with contracts. We have been tied to them for 6 years!!!! (Ans still another 3y!!!), The first time we wanted to end, it turned out that I could not because the time had passed and the contract was automatically extended for 36 months!!!!! Please remember that I did not have a copy of the contract!!!! In the meantime I was waiting for the contract documents and I did not get them. Customer service simply confuses everything, they reply when they want something, but the client is never right. After another few years, last month I wrote an email 3 months before the end of the contract that I wanted to end. And once again I was told that it was too late. As Mr Jacob said - "that I did not fit in the window". The email was sent on 19.05 and my window passed on 08.05.!!!!! after 6 years I received a copy of the contract, when I asked why I had never received it before, he said that I had not asked about it. Of course info via email is not taken into account, only a letter!!!!!! Another 3 years counted by fraud and cunning. I advise you not to contact this company and do not think about it under any circumstances!!!"
