"Had this company out to clean my drains less than 2 months ago and they are fully blocked again. I have called them out again to be told I have to pay full price again so I called another firm in to be told they won't do them as I'm on a shared drain and he told me to call welsh water to which this service is free. By rights poplar should of advised that, Polar happy to take your money but not resolved my drainage problem. Would not recommend this company. Answering to your reply: the pipes wernt blocked on the 12th or 13th so would of been a waste of time me phoning you then 3 weeks later they are block I haven't flushed paper down since hoping it would flush its out but it hasn't. For your information i have waste plugs in my kitchen sinks I do not use wipes and I haven't flushed toilet paper for 3 weeks in the hope that it might of flushed itself. The drain is full so all I can say if your company would of done the job properly I wouldn't be in this situation now. Happy New Year to you to."
"Called out this company after an earlier call to another company left me in the lurch. Their admin is first class and the van arrived as promised. The problem was resolved quickly and without drama. All in all, a great, locally based service who do what they promise. I was very impressed, and would strongly recommend them."
