T.S.Perry Roofing Specialists LTD

"After many years of replacing loose tiles and repairing minor leaks, we took the decision to replace the whole roof and get it re-tiled. We got 5 quotes all in the same ball park but decided to go with Tom Perry as his team had done some of the previous repairs and we'd been very happy with quality of work. As we were Replacing all the tiles we took the opportunity to get in-roof solar panels installed. Tom's team took 3 weeks to strip and replace the roof and worked really well with the solar panel installers. The quality of the Canadian slates was excellent and matched the quality of craftsmanship of Tom's team. Great result."

"Good honest hardworking lads and importantly they are EXPERTS.. we are very pleased with the finished roof and everything was left clean and tidy. Thanks very much 😀 . The whole process was very organised and coordinated - supplies, skips, scaffolding, all arrived and removed as advised. Prompt and effective communication and attention to detail throughout, which was very much appreciated. Thank you."

"Tom and his lads put a new warm roof on our conservatory. We are very pleased with the roof and the quality of the workmanship. Tom and his lads are pleasant and easy to work with and I would have no problem recommending him to my family and friends."

"Very pleased with the finish of the roofing work. Tom and his two lads were polite, always early to start and worked quickly and efficiently. The only minor delay was with the scaffolders removing the scaffolding once the job was complete, but this wasn’t Tom’s fault and he did his utmost to ensure it was taken down as soon as possible. The quality of the workmanship and the reassurance of a 10-year warranty make it a clear choice. Highly recommended."

"This is the second time I've used Tom and just like before he, and the lads he employs, have done a fantastic job. They were always on time, very polite and fast. My large garage was completely stripped and a new slate roof was put on in 3 days!! I recommend him to everyone who asks. Believe me you won't be disappointed. Thanks Tom!"
