"Booked and paid for a chimney sweep, and was advised by these cowboys that there was a bird nest in the chimney so would need a cowl fitted but had to wait until the birds left the nest. Once the birds had left I re-contacted them - they advised they would come on a certain day (let me down) after numerous attempts of trying to get this booked I gave up and went with another reputable company. He checked the chimney with a camera and advised there was no way it had been swept properly, the inside of the fireplace had been put back wrong which was very dangerous and there was in fact no birds nest! I tried to contact tim chimney to ask that they return to do the job correctly and once again all messages were ignored. The new guy did a professional job and will be using his services going forward."

"They came out for the first appointment but didn’t actually carry out any work. We were told they would be in touch to rebook, but we didn’t hear anything, so we chased it up and were given another date. We were home and waiting on the day, but no one turned up and we didn’t get any update. After calling, texting and emailing, we finally heard back late in the afternoon saying the engineer had a bereavement and they had only just found out. Since then, we haven’t had any further contact. It’s been really difficult trying to get any response from them, and in the end we had to book another company who were able to take us instead. I understand things happen, especially at busy times of the year, but communication is really important."

Tim fitted me into their busy schedule on short notice, which I am grateful for. Tim & Chris were brilliant from start to finish - highly professional, polite, friendly, took extra care in my property, even took their shoes off and put blankets down.
